Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the SendSMS.click platform and services. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited, or bulk messages to recipients who have not given prior express consent
- Send messages without valid opt-in consent as required by applicable laws (TCPA, CASL, GDPR, etc.)
- Violate any applicable laws, including telecommunications, data protection, anti-spam, and consumer protection regulations
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Violate carrier or telecommunications provider terms of service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems
3. Consent Requirements
You must obtain and maintain valid consent from all message recipients. Consent must be clear, affirmative, and documented. You are responsible for proving consent upon request. Do not use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists for marketing messages.
4. Content Standards
Message content must be accurate, lawful, and appropriate. You may not send content that infringes intellectual property, invades privacy, or is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You retain responsibility for all content transmitted through your account.
5. Enforcement
We monitor for AUP violations and may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice. We cooperate with carriers, regulators, and law enforcement. Violations may be reported to relevant authorities. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated for AUP violations.
