1. Our Commitment
SendSMS.click is committed to preventing spam and ensuring responsible messaging. We require all users to comply with applicable anti-spam laws including the TCPA (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU), and similar regulations worldwide.
2. Definition of Spam
Spam includes unsolicited commercial messages, messages sent without prior consent, messages that do not include required identification or opt-out instructions, and messages sent to recipients who have opted out. We treat all such activity as a serious violation.
3. Requirements for Legitimate Messaging
- Consent: Obtain clear, affirmative consent before sending marketing or promotional messages
- Opt-Out: Include clear opt-out instructions in every message and honor requests within 10 business days
- Identification: Clearly identify your business or organization in messages
- Honor Opt-Outs: Maintain suppression lists and never contact recipients who have opted out
- Reasonable Frequency: Do not overwhelm recipients with excessive message volume
4. Compliance and Monitoring
We monitor message patterns, complaint rates, and carrier feedback. Accounts with elevated complaint rates or suspicious activity may be suspended. We may require proof of consent. Persistent violators will be terminated and reported to carriers.
5. Reporting Spam
If you receive spam that appears to originate from our platform, please report it to abuse@sendsms.click. Include the message content, sender, and timestamp. For general inquiries, contact support@sendsms.click.
